BACK AGAIN IN 2026 – The Run For a Million (TRFAM) Qualifier!

The Run For a Million Qualifier Details:

Eligible Classes: Both slates #1 and #2 of Rookie 1, Rookie 2, and the Non Pro ancillary class include a concurrent TRFAM qualifier class.

Entry Requirements:

Entry fee is $250 per class
TRFAM entry requires concurrent entry in Rookie 1, Rookie 2, and/or Non Pro ancillary class
All NRHA ownership rules apply

Qualification:

Top 5 placers (plus ties) in each TRFAM class qualify for The Run For a Million in Las Vegas, August 2026
Qualification is for the rider — you are not required to ride the same horse at the TRFAM event
Eligible Rookie competitors may qualify in both Rookie 1 and Rookie 2, and in 2026 may compete in both, as the 2 classes will be ran on separate dates at the actual TRFAM show

Prizes & Rules:

No payout for the qualifier class; however, prizes are planned for the top 5 qualifiers
All specific TRFAM rules or conditions take precedence over any potential contradictions listed here

The TKO Big $ classes are joining the Best Little Derby in the West.
With the TKO not being held this year, GWRHA is bringing those classes under the BLDW umbrella.
